Domestic continental shipping is free both directions; you will not be charged for shipping to your address nor for a return or exchange provided you use the included prepaid shipping label. If you misplaced your shipping label, email email@example.com and we can send you a new label (you will have to print it out.)
For Alaska and Hawaii, please email us so we can quote you a (reduced) rate. For faster shipping methods such as 2 day air or next-day air, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote to your destination. Fast shippers will still receive a prepaid label for standard delivery returns.
Canadian customers, please email email@example.com and we’ll get you a reduced quote for shipping that includes pre-paid return if the item doesn’t work out.
For international shipping, we would be happy to provide you with a quote to your destination and will do our best to find the best possible rate. International buyers are responsible for any landed taxes and/or customs fees. We will honor returns or exchanges but international buyers will have to pay for return freight costs.
