Shipping & Delivery

Domestic continental shipping is free both directions; you will not be charged for shipping to your address nor for a return or exchange provided you use the included prepaid shipping label.  If you misplaced your shipping label, email and we can send you a new label (you will have to print it out.)

For Alaska and Hawaii, please email us so we can quote you a (reduced) rate.  For faster shipping methods such as 2 day air or next-day air, please email for a quote to your destination.  Fast shippers will still receive a prepaid label for standard delivery returns.  For international shipping, please email for a quote to your destination.

Risk Free Returns & Exchanges

Our products are constructed with utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship using the best combination of materials we can find.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with either form or fit, we would be happy to accept returns or exchanges for size/color within 45 days of purchase for unwashed garments in returnable condition*.  For all domestic orders we have included a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.  There is no extra cost to you for shipping in either direction.   Please include the original invoice with your return and make any notes about size or fit.  For international return/exchange, please email so we can help arrange your return/exchange.

We strive to make your experience as easy and user-friendly as possible.  If there is ever a question, please email or you can call or txt us at 215-360-3498.  Your feedback is extremely important to us and we will go out of our way to make sure your experience with our products and service is satisfactory.Finally, if you have thoughts or ideas on how we can improve our existing products or have ideas about future products you would like to see, send us an email.* We encourage you to try our products on for size and fit, wear it around a little bit, and become comfortable with your purchase.  Give it a test drive!  If you purchased rain wear, run water over the sleeve and watch it fly off or step out in the rain for a minute or two (we do this all the time.)  We understand that your home is where you get to “try on” our products.  Only when we see signs of heavy use that such as rips, tears, frayed edges or heavy soiling (mud, salt, etc) do we reserve the right to refuse a return.

American Trench is committed to protecting your privacy.  We will never sell or pass along your personal information or order details to outside parties unless it directly relates to the fulfillment of your order (e.g. UPS needs your address to deliver your package).
