All of our products are manufactured in the USA from the best materials we can find. In addition, we try to source textiles and other components from domestic manufacturers. As our supplier connections grow, we will continue to add domestic components.
One of our most pleasant sourcing experiences thus far was was the design and manufacture of the interior liner of our trench coat, which comes from a small textile mill in North Carolina. It is 100% cotton woven in a glen-check pattern (pictured above) made exclusively for American Trench. It was a great experience to be able to communicate directly with the mill, get to know the employees, and work collaboratively during the design process. The fabric has a nice hand feel but is built like a fortress. It’s a little heavier than a shirting fabric but not stiff, and is ready to take a beating. We hope you are as pleased as we are with this great fabric woven in the USA.
